STEGH Respiratory Home Services
Provides community respiratory equipment and support, including home oxygen, CPAP equipment, respiratory medication delivery devices, education, and assistance transitioning from hospital to home. It is registered with Ontario’s Home Oxygen and Assistive Devices programs.

Hospital-operated service providing CPAP equipment, mask fitting, education and ongoing therapy support for people with prescribed positive airway pressure treatment.
A sleep study and prescription from a sleep specialist are required for Assistive Devices Program funding.

STEGH Satellite Medical Oncology Clinic
Brings eligible medical oncology consultations and follow-up from the regional cancer program to St. Thomas, reducing travel to London for selected patients.
Access is determined through the regional oncology referral and treatment pathway; not all cancer types or complex cases are suitable for satellite care.

The Secondary Stroke Prevention Clinic provides patients who are experiencing symptoms of urgent Transient Ischemic Attacks (TIA) and mild strokes with timely access to health care providers specialized in stroke prevention.

Provides 24/7 care for individuals requiring acute psychiatric support, including stabilization, crisis intervention, medication management, and therapeutic programming within a secure hospital setting.
Access is through emergency or hospital admission processes.

Hospital outpatient counselling for Elgin County adults with acute mental health symptoms, accessed through a regulated health professional referral.
Referral from a regulated health professional is required; self-referrals are not accepted.

STEGH's Psychiatry Assessments
Psychiatric consultation for Elgin County adults when prior primary-care interventions have not been sufficient and follow-up can continue in primary care.
Referral from a physician or nurse practitioner is required; primary care must continue follow-up.

STEGH Surgical Services — Colonoscopy and Upper GI Endoscopy
Provides hospital-based colonoscopy and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy in St. Thomas through the surgical program; a clinician referral to an appropriate endoscopist or surgeon is required.
