Main access point for Elgin County geriatric services; the interdisciplinary team reviews needs and routes older adults to the most appropriate local or regional service (519-631-2030 ext. 5025).

Provides interdisciplinary assessment for memory or cognitive changes and connects patients with dementia supports; physician or nurse-practitioner referral is required and a collateral informant should attend.

Provides emergency assessment and treatment for acute eye injuries and other urgent eye conditions in a dedicated hospital eye room.
No referral required for emergencies; patients with vision loss, chemical injury, penetrating trauma or other urgent symptoms should use emergency services.
