Provides referral-based assessment for stable patients under 12 weeks with concerns such as bleeding, pregnancy of uncertain location or previous pregnancy loss.

Provides guidance about lactation following loss, including options for milk suppression, expression and breastmilk donation, with links to community support.

Connects bereaved parents and families affected by neonatal or infant loss with hospital guidance and Ontario peer-support resources.

Supports patients with pregnancy decision-making, grief, mental health, abuse concerns, substance use, financial needs and adjustment to gynecologic illness or procedures.

Provides education, compassionate-care resources and professional tools to strengthen care for patients and families experiencing pregnancy or infant loss.

Offers free multilingual family resources addressing miscarriage, stillbirth, infant death, loss of a multiple, pregnancy after loss and supporting siblings.

Allows Ontario providers to order or share patient resources covering miscarriage, stillbirth, infant death, pregnancy after loss and related grief needs.

Provides free Ontario-wide peer support for miscarriage, stillbirth, infant death, termination for medical reasons and pregnancy after loss.
