Coordinates multidisciplinary care for children with medical complexity and technology dependence across hospital, home and community settings.

Provides specialized regional care for children with kidney disease, hypertension, dialysis needs and kidney transplantation.

Regional paediatric ENT clinic for children requiring specialist assessment or surgery for airway, ear, hearing, tonsil, adenoid, sinus, voice and other head and neck concerns.

Physician or nurse practitioner referral to the appropriate paediatric otolaryngologist; use the current clinic referral process.

Regional referral hub for paediatric cardiology, endocrinology, diabetes, nephrology, neurology, rheumatology, haematology-oncology, orthopaedics, pain, sleep and other specialty services.

Most specialty clinics require a physician or nurse practitioner referral; confirm the current clinic-specific form and fax destination.

Provides specialized assessment and treatment for children and youth with juvenile arthritis, autoimmune disease, inflammatory conditions, and other paediatric rheumatic diseases.

Provides overnight evaluation of obstructive or central sleep apnea and nocturnal hypoventilation for patients from infancy to age 18.
